After getting her bachelor’s degree at Stellenbosch University, our founder, Enja, experienced firsthand the gap between academic learning and real-world application. Despite excelling in studies and later attending university in America, she noticed a recurring theme: students were graduating unprepared for the demands of the workforce. They felt uncertain, anxious about their futures, and ill-equipped to tackle the challenges ahead. Seeing friends and peers struggle to transition from education to employment ignited a spark in her —a determination to create a solution that would better prepare young people for their careers.
